Intermediate Series

Built for intermediate swimmers to begin work on competitive strokes. The Intermediate I class focuses on development and technique of the Freestyle stroke. The Intermediate II class focuses on development and technique of the Competitive Backstroke.

All classes are taught by a Certified SSI Level 2 Swim Teacher.

Swim 12M (40ft) With Windmill Arms, Independent Rollover Breathing

Swim 25 meters (80 ft.) using the Freestyle stroke with side breathing
Standing dive with a Streamline to the surface

Swim 25 meters (80 ft.) using the Freestyle stroke with side breathing
Standing dive with a Streamline to the surface

Swim 30 meters (100 ft.) using the Freestyle stroke with Bilaterial breathing
Swim 30 meters (100 ft.) using Elementary Backstroke
Tread water for 2 minutes
